Yes, thank you can you also make the Header And Announcement Bar sticky so when i scroll down i want them stay there.

I see @Zworthkey is helping with you this already.

Another way to do this if you aren’t comfortable working with code (like I wouldn’t be) is by using an app. There are several announcement bar apps in the Shopify App store and some of them are for free too. Some of my favourite one’s are below:
