I think I accidently deleted the product page menu. How can I fix this. Can I change to another theme and start again or set Dawn to default to reset?

no no just create menu item and add also if you delete product page so just create new template

If this option has disappeared from your store’s theme after some code editing, then it may be possible to restore the code to time before the change was made as a way of fixing this mistake. Thankfully this is a simple process, you can read the steps on how to roll back your theme here.
If this does not work, then it may be a case of having to re-add the menu items like you had done originally when setting up your store. Full instructions on how to do this can be found here.
