Updated to Dawn 7.0.0 and it erased all the content on my store

New to Shopify. Spent a lot of time working on my page. This morning I logged in and Shopify suggested I update my Dawn theme so I thought 'what is the harm, maybe it will make some differences and be more intuitive to make changes." I went ahead and updated the theme, and boom, all my content is gone. What did I do wrong? How can I restore it?

Regarding your problem, you can try re-publishing the Shopify editor (https://prnt.sc/REveyGmTuOpd )
if it’s still not good, you go to the theme file and revert to version that you want to :
