I am locked out of my account. I haven’t been able to access my website for about a week now, and I don’t know how to get back into it. I was hoping there was a number to call for help but Shopify has made it very difficult to find a number to request help for this specific issue. My daughter signed up for a 14 day free trial so that I could utilize the Shopify support system. Is there anyone that could help me with this specific issue? Did Shopify get rid of their support line? When I call it says to go to the Shopify community discussion but I couldn’t do that if I am locked out of my account!

Can you clarify what you’re seeing when you try to login to your account? And are you unable to access your admin, storefront, or both?
We absolutely still offer phone support - now in the form of callbacks. To choose from our currently available contact options, you can visit our Help Center, choose Continue without logging in, enter a topic into the search field (for example, "unable to login") and choose Get support.
