How to get inactive account activated again

Hello!

I am locked out of my account. I haven’t been able to access my website for about a week now, and I don’t know how to get back into it. I was hoping there was a number to call for help but Shopify has made it very difficult to find a number to request help for this specific issue. My plan expired, i was trying to make payment then i noticed my account was blocked. Please help me resolved this issue as it is really frustrating.
