How can I reinstate my Shopify Pay after high risk orders?

Hello, So I have a Shopify account and you guys said I’ve had too many high risks orders and said you couldn’t support this account because of it and turned off my Shopify pay and told me to find a third party provider. You sent me an email and told me to reply to the email and I did and you guys have yet to reply. Is there a way to reverse this process should I just refund all the high risk or is there something else I should do? I’ve been with Shopify for over a year now and this is very disappointing coming from you guys and not being able to get a response as well as being punished for something that can easily be fixed.
