How can I remove a domain redirect on my website?

Hi all,

I wanted to change my website url so I purchased another domain and redirected it to Shopify as the main domain, Found out I can’t use Google Ads as it against their rules so I decided to get back to the old one.

No matter what I tried the website is redirecteding me to the new domain.

How do I remove the redirection to my new domain and bring back the old one?

You can:

  1. Remove the domain from your admin
  2. Update the primary domain to your old domain and ensure all traffic is routed to the primary domain

Either route should resolve the issue. If not, I would try clearing your cache/cookies and trying again once you’ve updated the primary domain.
