Hello, I downloaded a translation application and then deleted it, but the button of the translation app is still stuck on the home screen, no matter what I do, I cannot remove it. Is there a way to remove it because its looks is not beautiful and annoying

Please check if there is any residual code from the app. You should remove all code from an app after uninstalling it.
And you can reach out to the app’s provider to resolve the issue quickly.

Sometimes when you add a third-party app to your store that adds a button or changes your site in any way, a line of code is entered into your theme code. Most likely, this is why the button is still showing on your online store. Due to this being a third-party app, it is not supported by Shopify, and you will need to reach out directly to the app to ask for assistance. They should be able to help you as they know what line of code was added to your site when the app was installed.
If you cannot contact the app directly, or they are not able to help, the best thing to do would be to hire a Shopify expert. An expert is a trusted third-party developer who can help with your business’s difficult tasks and can definitely help remove any unwanted code.
