How can I remove or modify the e-mail newsletter popup on my website?

Hello!

We’ve been working on this store for a while and have not been able to remove the newsletter popup when you first open the page. We are looking to either completely remove it or change the color of the X button to click off it since it blends with the background color. I have looked through “Edit Code” and could not figure out how to get rid of it.

We’ve tried deleting these codes from the website with no success to remove the newsletter:

I turned collaborator option on, I’m not sure if it’ll work now. There code is 3720.

Hello,

As i have checked the signup popup is coming from the app (https://prnt.sc/HD_EgucTobzU)) (https://prnt.sc/tGwY_Ozo3AS5) so for that you need to disable from the popup.

Let me know if you have any other query.

Thank you very much taking the time to check out our website. Turns out you were right, it was Yotpo that was affecting my website. Not that it is a bad app to use.

I face the same issue now (www.affordable-market.com) and it seems that it’s because of YOTPO? If I remove this app, will this problem solved? Or can I somehow change options without removing?
