I am hoping someone can help me with this issue. I have set up my website to the way I want it to look for my consumers. I do not have the password set so that it is live and active..I set up everything I need for it to be ready to go..but when I type in my URL it directs to my website but there is an action bar at the bottom that either allows customers to hide the bar or to navigate to admin. I have signed out of my account when I am testing this..I need assistance on how to remove this so customers do not have access to my admin page.
Thank you
Hi @CobieGilliam23
Could you share your store link?
Hi, @CobieGilliam23 .
Welcome to the Shopify Community.
I understand you recently set up your website, and it is currently live (no password-protection page enabled.) You mentioned that there is an action bar displayed at the bottom of the screen. Your main concern is that you do not want customers having access to your Shopify admin? For better visibility, are you able to share your store URL as well as a screenshot of the action bar?
To clarify, customers can’t access your Shopify admin. Only yourself (Account Owner) and staff members with permissions can. Your admin is where you manage your store, not a customer-facing area.
If you’re able to share a bit more context, this information can help our team take a closer look.
Looking forward to your reply!
