How can I remove the checkout button from a popup?

I want to remove the CHECK OUT button and just keep the View Cart, I need people to go to the cart and enter a delivery date before they check out

@CamilleWIST - when I clicked on add to cart, this cart pop up is not shown, is it disabled?
