How can I remove the discount code from checkout during a sale?

Hello,

I am trying to remove the discount code from checkout during SALE but there’s no way I can do it.

Does anyone know the solution for this?

This is Richard from PageFly - Shopify Page Builder App, I’d like to suggest this idea:

From the Shopify app, go to Store > Discounts. On the Discounts screen, tap the unexpired discount that you want to disable. Tap the ⋮ button and select Deactivate discount.

I know this is doable, but we have our unique discount codes being sent from Klaviyo for first time customers, and those keep getting generated every minute, plus it would be hard to track which one WE disabled to enable them again in the future.

As @PageFly-Richard has said, you can disable a checkout code from within your Shopify Admin, however there is no way to disable to a code during a specific time, like during a Sale for example. It would have be manually done following the steps outlined by Richard.

You mentioned this sales code is from Klaviyo - have you tried reaching out to Klaviyo support to see if they can advise you further on this?
