I have an announcement bar/header at the top that I cannot seem to remove.
ive checked other threads and there was a bit of code to add in but that didn’t work.

I appreciate that you have shared your online store URL as that is very helpful! When I navigated to your online store and selected on the announcement bar, I was redirected to the Shopify App store. With that being said, this could be coming from two locations of the online store.
First, I would suggest on navigating to your Theme Editor and selecting on the announcement bar to see if you can make changes to it. I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:
If you are unable to make the corresponding changes to the announcement bar using the theme editor. There is a good chance that the announcement bar is displaying from a third-party application. You can attempt to find the apps that are on your online store by selecting the search bar towards the top of the page. You can try searching for Hextom to see if that is application that is displaying the announcement bar.
