How can I replace a Mailchimp form with a Shopify subscription form?

I installed a paid theme and there are a lot of limitations in the them

In the theme, a pop-up is showing on home

and the configuration of that pop-up is only through mailchimp

the problem is I don’t want to use mailchimp form

i want to use shopify form itself to save subscribers

I want to replace mailchimp form with shopify form

Could you please guide me how can i do that

when user add email and submit it there will be a success message will show and automatically user subscribed and will show on customers tab on shopify dashboard

I just want to know about shopify form, i can integrate it on that pop-up section of liquid file

You can create a popup using any codepen examples and can add custom form following the tutorial
