I Have been made aware of a shopify website using my business details to fraudulently scam people. I need to get someone from Shopify to remove this site ASAP

I’m sorry this is happening to you. I understand it would have been very upsetting when you discovered the scam store. While I am unable to provide you with any legal advice, I can guide you in the right direction to get some further support with this.
If you think the scam store is powered by Shopify then you can report intellectual property infringement by submitting this form here. It’s good to note that Shopify can’t guarantee what actions will be taken by our legal teams, or when.
Also, if you haven’t already, I recommend reporting the fake site to Google, which you can do by submitting this form here.

unfortunately, I cannot complete the request as the signature will not accept my signature for some reason?
We have now taken control of the domain and will take site off line, however, we will also be forwarding detail to cybercrime authorities to follow up this matter to identify the criminals involved.
As per my response yesterday, I cannot complete your form as it requires a match to a full name field, which does not exists of on the form.
I am saddened that Shopify is happy to allow fraud to prevail across is services, we live in a world where cybercrime is the easiest crime to get away with now, as organisations like yourself do not check on the validity of any business that is being setup on your network, essentially allowing crime to proliferate. you need to take a more stringent approach to your users.
