Shopify Inbox has been activated. But the Chat Window is too large on laptop, it looks fine on mobile. Cannot see the greeting or back button unless I zoom out browser to 80%.
Is there a solution to make the window smaller on Dawn theme?

I have dealt with this before for clients. This problem is nothing more than that the existing shopify inbox is embedded in an iframe, and there is no way to modify the style in the iframe in the current window. You can consider the idea I gave, first chat with iframe, and use js polling to detect the loading of shopify inbox. If you detect that shopify inbox has been loaded, you can intrusively modify the css into the iframe, because shopify inbox allows cross-domain!

I’m not sure how to do that. Are there steps I can follow?
This isn’t a perfect fix but I found that adding an instant answer for “I need help or have a question” at least puts that text in view of the customer so they can get the chat initiated and see it from then on. I also added a “Are there any discount codes today?” to give them that option in a visible place.
