How can I resolve a suspended domain issue?

Hello, We missed the 14 day cut off to verify our domain and now it is suspend it. My domain is Sinterfoldofficial.com. Please Help

Hi @Malaysia ,

Here’s what you’ll need to do to verify your domain after the cut-off time.

  1. Go to Online Store/Domains

  1. Click into your domain (typically will show “action required” next to it)

Once here, you’ll either see one of two things. You may see a yellow banner saying that allows you to resend the verification email. It would look similar to this:

If this is what you see, go ahead and resend the email, and follow the prompts found in said email. If you don’t see this banner, then this means your email bounced when trying to verify the email. For this, you’ll need to click “Edit” next to “Registrar Information” and update the email we have on file:

Once the email is updated, then the system should send you a new verification email which will put you through the prompts to get your domain back online.

The Domain I purchased I never connected it to my Shopify store so right
now it’s showing my domain name as (sinterfold.myshopify.com)

Hey @Malaysia .

Thanks for reaching out.

Did the above walk through provided by @AvadaCommerce work for you? If so, you can mark their post as a solution to inform others that may view the thread.

If you have not yet transferred your third-party domain, I would suggest logging into your domain provider’s account and connect it to your Shopify store.

With that being said, if you have any trouble with getting your domain transferred to your Shopify store and would like further assistance - you can login to your store using our Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner before speaking directly with a Support Advisor.
