How can I resolve an undelivered order issue with an online merchant?

Hii Shopify robber,

I made a online payment of 383 rupees for purchasing a headset tws ear buds.The merchant is boulttt.myshopify.com.but the merchant has not delivered the item till now and from the order confirmation email the tracking order link is vanished what to do now give me my rupees back or I will complaint in Central forum.
Also I think I can also open a store by which I can rob another innocent people like that what about that !!?

I understand you placed an order online for a product and would like further clarification as the order tracking link is no longer accessible. Could you advise when you placed the order and if the product has been delivered?

While it’s possible that the store you bought from may leverage Shopify services, each store on Shopify is its own business and operates individually. Shopify can’t access order information or another business’ bank account to issue a refund or force shipping. That being said, there are still some steps available to you.

I first recommend that you reach out to the business if you haven’t already and give it one month from the order date to account for any shipping delays. You can contact a business through the following methods:

  • Responding to your order confirmation email
  • Locating any social media handles they may have

If you want to retrieve your funds, you can reach out to your bank or credit card provider. Your bank/credit card provider will be able to begin an investigation with the aim of retrieving your funds. Your bank has built-in security measures to protect you and they will assist you through the next steps from here.

If you’ve already tried contacting the business and you feel this store is not following our terms of service and would like to report it I would recommend filling out our Acceptable Use Policy form to launch an investigation.

Shopify is a cheatING platform,built to cheat.They are not authorised seller.How they can open their online shopping business of their own !! It contains delivery related concerns ? I have reported about this on LEGAL INDIA FRAUD PREVENTION.Lets see if they ban this or take some strict action.Also i raised a dispute with my bank.Thank you~
