How can I resolve identity verification issues on my account?

Hi Shopify,

I am having issues getting my identity verification completed. I have my correct date of birth in the system with shopify, and the ID I uploaded includes the matching date of birth on it.

Error:

(The date of birth (DOB) on the document you submitted does not match the DOB on your account. Please submit a document with the same DOB, or update the DOB on your account.)

I’ve uploaded my drivers license, passport and another ID Card which includes photo and date of birth. Each time i upload, it doesn’t seem to progress through. Please help :slightly_smiling_face:
