When uploading and submitting the passport for the identity verification for shopify payments, it always says “The date of birth (DOB) on the document you submitted does not match the DOB on your account. Please submit a document with the same DOB, or update the DOB on your account.” But the DOB is correct and same in both. What is the solution for this?
