Hello yes, no one has gotten in touch with me yet, I am having a couple items going on right now with my website, one of my categories are not showing on my website, a lot of my items are not showing up on goggle and I can’t tag my items on social media pages. If it’s a collection:
The most likely reason your collections are not showing up in Shopify is that they are unpublished in your admin settings. To make them visible, from Admin > go into Products > Collections and find the desired Collection (s). > Find the Pulishing on the right side > Click Manage > Check “Online store” and any sales channel you want to publish it. -
If it’s a product:
from Admin > go into Products > find the desired Product(s) > Find the “Status” on the right side > Switch it to “Active” and adjust the Publishing to any sales channel you want.

Make sure you’ve added the right sales channels to your online store (Eg: Google Channel, Facebook & Instagram, ect.) and published your products to these sales channels.
