"No products found Use fewer filters or remove all"

Hi Shopify team,

I’m publishing new products but unfortunately, they doesn’t appear show in the website. I tried the following solution but still not working:

1- I tried to remove all the tags in the collection ( navigation > main menu > desired menu item) I ensured that its linked to the right collection and no filters are applied.

2- All the products are in the wright collection (Products > Collection ).

2- All the products are available online store (Products > Collection ).

Appreciate your support & advise on how to resolve this issue.

In this situation you are best to contact our live support channels for help as they will be able to access your store admin with you and narrow down the possible issue. I’ll include the steps for that below.

To clarify, when you view the collection within your admin you do see the new products in the collection as expected? But not when you view the collection on the website?

If that is the case I would double check that you don’t have any tag filters applied to the navigation menu link to that collection. If you can copy and paste the URL from the customer facing website, I’d be happy to have a look at that.
