Hello All,
I have been trying to open a store and add a card for payment after my free trial ended.
My original store is now showing as inactive and gives me a broken “be back soon” landing page when I try to access it. After frustration and a lack of response/help from the Shopify chat contact, I tried opening a separate store with a similar name to work around the glitch. Now this store (one day remaining in trial) will not let me add a card to avoid having it go inactive as well.
Does anyone have advice on how to fix this or get in contact with someone on the support team that will respond and assist in the matter?
