How can I resolve payment verification issues due to name mismatch on Shopify?

Information requiredTo continue using Shopify Payments, you need to update some information about your business

when i create my shoplifty store i use my short name and not my legal full name. When i upload the documents for payment its keep rejecting because my full legal name on documents, I did change the name on shopify and add m full legal name and upload the documents. But still they keep rejecting .how do i change the name and upload the documents?

Thanks for reaching out. You’re not able to edit the information in your Shopify Payments account yourself, however our live support team can certainly assist you with this. You can follow these steps to contact us:

  1. Head over to the Help Center.
  2. Enter the details of your issue into the chat assistant.
  3. Wait for the chat assistant’s response and then click I still need help.
  4. Follow the prompts to be connected with a Support Advisor.
