A customer lost her gift card and I am trying to find the full code so she can use it.

Did the customer purchase the gift card through the online check or did they make the purchase in person using POS?
If they have made the purchase in person, you may be able to Replacing a lost gift card on Shopify POS. If your customer has made the gift card purchase using the online checkout, you can navigate to Products > Gift cards and search for the customer. Once you select on the customers name, you should be able to Resend the gift card to your customer. I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:
