How can I see the total number of Products in my inventory?

I have newly loaded products into my store. On the products page, I cannot see a summation row that simply provides the total of SKUs and/or the total number of products. This is the basics, I suppose, to check if you want to manage your inventory or to see if you want to check versus your loading CSV file. What do I miss here?

Naturally, I am curious as to whether I can view this fundamental data without utilizing a third-party app.
