I am trying to sell an ebook guide but do not want to make a whole company out of this and pay for a p.o. box or virtual address. For my ebook i would not need a business address or phone number as it will be non refundable and just sent through email. What do I put as my business address and phone number? I have seen other peoples shopify and no email or phone is listed on their website. Where might the address or phone show up?

To sign up for Shopify you do have to provide this type of information to sell online. However, if you are only selling an ebook guide your customers will not see this information. The PO box address would normally show as the return address when you ship products, since you are not doing this you can enter in your home address and your customers will not see this. As for your phone number, if you dont put it on the contact us page on your online store your customers will not see this either.
