How can I sell and deliver goods from Iraq internationally?

I hope you’re doing well

I am in Iraq and there are several problems in Iraq Thank you for providing complete information,

The first problem in Iraq is that there is no Shopify or Amazon to order goods. How can this problem be solved?

Secondly, can you sell goods from Iraq to foreign countries, ie you are in Iraq but sell goods outside Iraq?

Thirdly, when I sell the goods, how do they reach the buyer? Do you deliver them yourself or how do you receive money from the goods or the buyer?
