Ok I need help if someone can help I wanna sell like Phone case/T shirt designs but I don’t own a Wearhouse I can make the designs but is anyone able to actually make the product and if so could you respond to me please

Based on what you’ve said here, I would actually recommend you skip on Shopify and check out Redbubble or a similar site, where the site makes the products for you, if people like the designs they can choose whatever they want to put it on. Maybe I’m wrong, but I’d check that out first.
