My question is regarding shipping and fees. I want to sell to several countries and I don’t know how to define a shipping rate, because when we place an order with the supplier the rates vary for each country, so I don’t know how to apply and choose a shipping price for each country and each product.

You can create shipping zones by going to Settings > Shipping and Delivery > General.
Here you can create shipping zones (which can defer by country and their regions). And for every shipping zone, you can set a different rate.

It’s not feasible for you to directly match the precise charges your supplier applies for each product and every country when selling to buyers.
