How can I set the checkout page to open in a new tab?

In our situation, the shopping cart is filled in an external website - only the Checkout is done in the Shopify website.

When opening the Checkout page, it always opens in a new window.
With accessibility in mind, this not good. Where can we configure this to open in a new tab page?
