By customizing, do you mean changing of the text on the popup or changing the layout of the popup?
If you want to change the text, it should be available at Theme → Customize → Popup Section.
If you want to change the layout of the popup, it should be at Theme → Customize → Theme Settings → Dropdown & Popups
