New to Shopify and I’m trying to set up Instagram as a sales channel and I can’t find any way to do this and I see it’s not an option in the sales channel apps. What am I doing wrong?
Okay, I suspect that my Facebook shop has to be approved before I can set up Instagram as a sales channel. Would this be accurate?

Instagram doesn’t have a sales channel of its own but is instead available within the Facebook channel. So if you’ve just installed the Facebook channel on your Shopify admin, you can navigate to it and you should see the option below to start syncing your Instagram account with your Shopify store:
