Do you have an automatic discount set up on your site? Or a discount code? Or compare at price? etc.

Sounds like you’re either using an app (for the dropshipping product) or are not looking at the product details page in Shopify.
Go to your Shopify admin then click Products in the sidebar. Then click on the product. You’ll see the price and compare price fields there (or if it’s a variant of that product click there).
If that’s not what you’re talking about, and you’re using an app that bypasses that, contact the app.
If you’re talking about compare at price not showing on your website, then it’s because your theme code is not set to display that. In that case you can try going to theme settings and see if it’s an option there. If not, you can always manually code that in. You can show whatever you want on your website, by going to the theme editor.
