Why isn't the compare price discount displaying on certain products?

Hi,

We are currently using theme Testament. For some reason our compare price discount is no longer showing on certain products. As you can see here: https://artandframingco.com.au/collections/gallery-sets , some of the products still have the red discount visible whilst others don’t.

Any help understanding why this is suddenly not working would be much appreciated.

Hi there,

When did this issue started to happen? Have you initially had only products that has no price variations? The compare at price functionality used may not support products that have multiple price variations.

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Products.
  2. Click the name of a product.
  3. In the Pricing section, set the Compare at price to the product’s original price.
  4. Set the Price of the product to your new sale price. Note. The value in Compare at price must be higher than the value in Price to show a sale price.
  5. Click Save.
