Hello, I see others were not able to ship to Japan and that’s my question when attempting to print label it states certain characteristics can not be recognized by system. The entire address besides name, city and country is written in Japanese. Anyone encountered the same? And how do I solve the issue as no one will be able to READ the address not UPS nor USPS as it is in Japanese. So what can be done? Thanks
