How can I switch my billing plan to monthly?

I paid $312 Nov. 2021 for a couple years and I show that it’s time to pay again. I am trying to change to monthly and I do not see an option for it.

Merchants looking to downgrade from an annual plan to monthly won’t be able to do that directly in their admin. Instead, they must reach out to our Authenticated Live Team to have their request escalated to our Billing Team for processing.

What you’ll have to do is use this link to get in touch with the team. Once connected with us, outline your request to downgrade, and our advisors will get your request seen by the appropriate folks internally. Once actioned, they’ll follow up with you via email to let you know.
