I am currently using that APP in my shopify, however, cannot find the proper way to sync to google merchants and google shopping, can anyone help or any youtube tutorial can get help?

There are hundreds of apps, all work very differently.
Best to get in touch with the support team of the app you are using.
If you are using the Free Google Shopping app, I would not use it. It is very limited and not designed for serious advertisers.
May I known if you can recommend any that you experienced good of ?
