How can I timely add tags to orders for Klaviyo triggers?

Hi,
I added tag “cash on delivery” to orders paid by COD. It works, I see the tags.
I would like to use this tag in Klaviyo for trigger customers sending email/sms.
I can’t see the tag in klaviyo - they told me “The tag needs to be added to the event at the moment that the customer places the order, if the tag is added after that, Klaviyo will not receive the information on time to trigger a flow that sends an order confirmation”

Any ideas to solve this?

I think you need to ask Klaviyo that question.

I was thinking a solution to have the order’s tag in the same time the order is created, withouth delay.

Any chance to have it?

That isn’t how events work. Flow is fast, but if Klaviyo is using Order created as well, there is no guarantee that Flow will finish first. You better bet is to delay Klaviyo, or call it directly from Flow.
