how do I transfer money I made from my shopify balance account into my debit or credit card?

Thanks for posting to the Shopify Community.

When transferring funds from your Balance account, they are sent immediately. However, they can take up to three business days to be delivered. You can view your remaining daily transfer limit on the Move Money page. You can currently transfer funds only in USD.

I’ll share the steps below to transfer funds from your Shopify Balance account:

  • From your Shopify admin, go to Finances > Balance.

  • Click Move money.

  • Under Transfer funds from Balance, select an account from the To account dropdown.

  • Optional: Click Add an account to create a new recipient, and then do one of the following:

    • Select Use routing and account number, and then type in the details for the account that you want to add. Click Add account.
    • Select Connect a bank account, and then login to your bank to select the account that you want to link. Click Connect account.

  • Optional: Enter a description. The description will appear on the recipient’s account.

  • Click Next.

  • Confirm that the details are accurate, and then click Transfer funds.

I have a big problem, because i got 350€ on monday and 300€ on tuesday and now its saturday and i still havent got the money because i dont have the balance page :sleepy_face: :sleepy_face: What should i do to transfer the money to my bank account like i have connnected my bank account to my shopify but i dont have ”transfer funds” page, please help me asap :folded_hands:

To clarify, are you using Shopify Balance on your store right now? Or are you only using Shopify Payments as your payment gateway and waiting for your payouts?

I have a receipt on my account of $95, does that go to U guys? Or does that go on to my card? And when will that be transferred?
