Good evening I was wondering if someone can help me move my current reviews to the new theme I will be using. Currently using narrative but would like to move to Boundless.

From my experience, You can publish Judge.me reviews to a current live theme or an unpublished theme within the App settings. In case you already choose Judge.me settings to publish on the current live theme > once you publish a new theme, the review should be synced automatically.
You can check the installation guide here, especially step 5 and 6. The Judge.me support team is amazing, so if you have any troubles with the app, you should reach out to them directly. They sure will help you.
Judge.me has integration with page builders like PageFly, so in case you want to display reviews on the custom placement of customized pages, you can check out this article.

So after updating my site and setup now all of my previous reviews are missing
did you ever find the solution to this, at all? i am going through the same thing right now as well, and would love to fix the issue. thanks
