the time my store was closed, I joined a new bank and don’t have access to my old routing number. is there any other way to update payout method? I have went to support center and never got emailed back . I really want to start back selling products please help
Good call on contacting our support team. If you are unable to update the bank account information in your Shopify Payments account, our support team can assist you with doing so. Has it been 3 business days since you create a support ticket via email? Our standard response time is 1-3 business days so if that timeframe hasn’t passed, a response may come soon. If it’s been over 3 business days, please check your spam folder as the response email may have landed there.
