I cannot change my shopify payout information, even though I entered my information for the old and new routing and accounting numbers. My old account has been closed. I have had a payout and am not receiving my money. How do I change this immediately so that I can receive my funds from sales?

In order to get this issue resolved, you’ll need to contact our live Support team via the Shopify Help Center. Our Support Advisors are available by live chat, email, and callback. You will let them know that you are unable to change the bank account for your Shopify Payments payouts and the Support Advisor will work with our Account Integrity team to get it changed and ensure your payouts are going to the right place. They may request some documents from you to verify your identity, but that is to keep your account and payouts secure.
