I’m trying to update the store name on CJ drop shipping however in order to do that I need to reauthorize/configure connection with CJ from Shopify again. how do I do that?

You can ask their chat support for help changing whatever you need - they should help with that.
Alternatively, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your store, but this option may have unforeseen problems, like disconnecting the fulfillment connection. So I would ask their app support.
