I am setting up my shopify payments & I need to verify my home address. Shopify is asking for a utility bill but I live at home with my parents so I don’t receive it.
I have tried to upload a bank statement with my address but it isn’t being approved.
Please help me with this as I cannot receive any payments without this being resolved.

It may be possible to use different documents to verify your ID and residency, however this would be dependent upon your location, age and other factors. Hi, I was in this situation once too. And I have tried to upload a bank statement with my address TOO and it was not approved. I ended up having to make a fake bank statement here. It certainly costs a couple dozen dollars, but in any case then no headaches because of the documents, which is awfully annoying, to be honest.
