How can I verify my new office address for Shopify Payments setup?

Hi, I hope someone here can help.

My Shopify Payments setup is pending verification and I can’t verify the address, a it’s a new office and there are no utility bills. Does ths mean I would have to enter my persnal address? If so:

  • How do I do that, i.e. start the process again or update the address at this stage: while pending.
  • Will my personal address replace the business address if I do this [I can’t have customers accessing my personal address].

Update: My photo ID has been accepted but Address rejected.

Does the address have to be my personal address or the business office address? This is still not clear.

If it’s the business address, we don’t get utility bills - as Shopfy ask for - they are included with rent. Would a bill for the rent be sufficient?
