I started Shopify Payments set up, and I fulfilled the correct business address, but after that I checked by mistake box confirming that my personal contact address is the same as the business address, which is wrong – my personal address is different.
That’s why I can’t start my verification process using utilities bills or something like that which is required for Shopify payments method (as the image shows below). How can I update my personal address that was left during Shopify Payments setup? I see the option to update the business address only in my admin area.
I tried to fix this by deactivating Shopify Payments and trying to do set up process again. But in the new set up attempt I wasn’t offered the options to enter business and personal address again. The system activated it automatically without asking me for address information.
So the address that has been submitted to your Shopify Payments account is incorrect, and needs to rectified is that correct?
