How can I view all international orders including their refund reasons?

I would like to view a list of international orders in store, including the payment status and reason for refund.

The goal is to see how many international orders we have had to refund due to the items being ‘lost in post’ (we write this in the "Reason For Refund’ box when refunding) as i have noticed a lot of parcels going missing and we may want to remove international shipping as an option for certain places / products.

When i try to search by shipping method - I do not get the option of ‘First Class international’ etc - just three options: Local Delivery, Local Pickup and Sent to Customer.

Is there something i’m missing? I’d love to know if theres a simple way to look at this data, even if we cant see the ‘lost in post’ reason

As various fields are being pulled (i.e shipping rate, reason for refund, billing details, etc), I would recommend looking to the Shopify App Store for an app that will allow for custom reports to be generated.
