Does anyone know how i add pages to my website, I’m new to shopify and I try to add more pages than just the default ones, I try to add an about us page and so on but I don’t get how I add them.

It’s GemPages support team and glad to support you today.
You can create a page by : on the menu left sidebar go to: online store → page
After creating the page you can switch to: Navigation to add the newly created page to the menu
