How do I add part of the footer at the bottom in a straight line. ( i have attached examples )
I still want to keep my footer how it is in columns but I want to add part of it on the bottom in a straight row line for policies, terms & cond etc.

That part can be implement directly in code file, you can detected into footer.liquid file, and customize the part you want,
If possible you can give the store’s url, then i can check and give the suggestion to you.
But for your requirement, the best way is implement directly in code file.
